Claire Wild

Studio Project Manager

Claire (she/her/hers) works as the Studio Project Manager for the Health Communication Design Studio, HCRL’s sister entity in the Sam Fox School of Design & Visual Arts. She manages design projects that work to address health disparities in the St. Louis community. In addition to overseeing project progress, she also coordinates Studio designers, facilitates relationships with HCRL project members, and contributes to the growth and development of the Design Studio.

Claire is passionate about the intersection between design and healthcare, specifically how design strategies can be leveraged to improve patient access, ameliorate health disparities, and benefit the wider healthcare system. She has both clinical and design research experience and will attend medical school in the fall with the intention to apply her design thinking training in her medical pursuits.

Outside of the Design Studio, Claire can be found on camping trips, listening to new music, and cooking with her family.
